The period from when I was 20 to 29 was an eternal search for inner peace.

Last year, I managed to capture the feeling of an anxiety attack in a painting.

It's the feeling of being alone and trapped in your own chaos, your heart pounding and everything around you is unclear.

Today, I am happy about the experience and knowledge it has given me regarding mental health.
